The 3DS isn’t dead yet! In a surprise announcement, developer and publisher Atlus revealed that Persona Q2 (working title) is coming to Nintendo 3DS. Virtually nothing is known of the game so far, as the only information we have is the game’s website, which has the “Take Your Heart” logo, with the Nintendo 3DS and Atlus logos underneath. It can only be assumed at this point that Persona Q2 is the sequel/follow-up title to 2014’s Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth, which also released on Nintendo 3DS.
I know virtually nothing about the Persona series, but I do know how rare it is for a Persona game to launch on a Nintendo platform. Who knows? If this does well, perhaps we could see future Persona titles on Switch!
