More Switch games is always a good thing! Last week at EGX, developer VooFoo Studios announced their top-down racing game, Mantis Burn Racing, will be making its way to Nintendo Switch this year. The game is already out on PS4, Xbox One, and Steam.
Here’s what VooFoo Studios’ Technology Director, Mark Williams, had to say on the game’s port to Switch:
“Mantis Burn Racing’s addictive pick-up-and-play style game play has already been very well received on PS4, Xbox One and Steam. The game’s broad appeal and addictive couch multiplayer make it a great fit for the Nintendo audience and we can’t wait to give Switch players the chance to play the definitive version of the game at home or on the move.”
Why is the Switch version the “definitive version,” you might ask? In addition to an RPG-like upgrade system, 4-player local split screen (in both docked and tabletop modes), and 8-player online multiplayer, the Switch version of Mantis Burn Racing will include all current DLC packs, including Battle Cars, Elite Class vehicles, and Snowbound tracks.
