With Diablo III: Eternal Collection for Switch nearly upon us, it’s only fitting that Blizzard would announce a new amiibo figure to join in on the slaughter. Via the official Diablo Twitter account, Blizzard today announced that a brand-new amiibo, Loot Goblin, will be coming as a GameStop exclusive sometime next month.

The Loot Goblin amiibo, when tapped in game, will apparently create a rift, or portal, to a realm where “untold riches” can be found. As it stands, it is currently unknown what this portal is or whether the Loot Goblin is in any way related to the game’s iconic Treasure Goblins, but we’ll find out soon enough!
