We finally have dates for the upcoming Mario Tennis Aces pre-launch online tournament! According to translation from Gematsu, the demo will be available for play from June 1 at 18:00 JST until June 3 at 23:59 JST in Japan, and will be available to download starting May 25.
Additionally, players who participate in at least one match during the online tournament and keep their save data will be able to unlock Overalls Mario in the full game upon release.
There’s no word yet on what dates and times at which other regions will be able to participate, but I think it’s safe to assume June 1-3 will be the global dates for the tournament. If for no other reason, definitely be sure to jump into a match to unlock Overalls Mario!
